    Okk I'm here for you to solve your games issue follow some instructions I'm giving below.

    1)Update your graphic driver to latest version
    2) Download and install Directx11 this software fix almost all error of game.
    3)after launch of game reduce the quality of game to medium.
    4)Also install software called "Runtime web installer, search on internet download and install.
    5)Turn off the vsync in game graphic setting, or try to play in lower resolution.
    6)Run game as administration.
